Equal parts buttermilk and mayo, then I dump herbs - dill, basil, sage, rosemary, parsley, thyme, oregano - salt, pepper & garlic. I have a honey poppyseed one that is divine with fruit. I wonder how similar our recipes are.

I used to read your old blog and have missed you for months. I somehow stumbled upon this and am glad to find you again. I admire you for putting things out there. I have mental illness in my family and there is such a taboo about talking about it. It's hard to understand it if you've never had to deal with it. I was raised in the California bay area, but my family roots are from the prairies of Nebraska. As a little girl I dreamed of being Laura of Little House On The Prairie and wanted to have my own tiny farmhouse someday. After meeting my husband and beginning our family and raising them on the coast of northern california and wanted both. When we made the big decision to leave ca. to find our prairie, I ended up so homesick that my body broke down and the Dr. in the ER told my hubby to move me back home as soon as possible. Within two months he did and I slowly got well. I will never leave my beloved sea again. There is a gentle calm to your blog so I am adding you to my blog list. Your garden is beautiful.Seawashedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00299816851144887705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7011281218955493254.post-74272682999607406262012-05-02T03:42:19.436-07:002012-05-02T03:42:19.436-07:00Great blog - beautiful pitures Eren
